Types of work

We provide key resources for Permanent, Contract and Remote positions. We talk to our clients about the right type of working for the role in question and remain very conscious of what individuals want to do, including forms of hybrid working.

The existence of positions falling under the description of remote working is likely to be less so than others. However, we understand that for specific areas of high demand, it will be necessary to explore the possibilities of working in a remote way.

Locations

We recruit for positions in the UK mainly, but we do international recruitment s as well. In this case, we work closely with partners to make any overseas role admin as quick and easy as possible. There may also be opportunities for UK residents to work for international companies and this is something we actively encourage. Discussions with international businesses are highly sought after as we have a global view of the market.

Assessment

How we work as a recruitment consultancy ensuring we find key resources. Following a review of your C.V. and details, you will be asked to fill out a skills assessment. This is closely matched to the requirements from the client. All short-listing will be based on this skills assessment. Additional requests will be made by email or via a telephone call.

Immigration

We participate in Government led schemes to attract the best quality key resources to our emerging technology sectors - e.g. the Skilled Worker Visa. Where appropriate, assistance will be given with visa application processes. So for specific roles, sometimes it will be necessary to look further afield for the right candidates. This is what makes us different - we give a full recruitment service and give a service that is often different from other agencies.
